CAMP KIEVE
6TH GRADERS HEAD TO KIEVE ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2018 - REGISTER NOW!
Thanks to the generosity of our South Portland community, and the fundraising efforts of many, our 6th graders will be heading to Camp Kieve from Tuesday, September 18 - Friday, September 21, 2018!
For your student to participate in this great opportunity there are a number of forms to be filled out. Below you will find a link to each one.
Online registration form
Kieve asks parents/guardians to complete this form if your child will go to Kieve, even for the day trip.
Medication form
If your child takes a prescription medication, please download and complete this form. This form will need to be turned in to the school with the exact number of doses students will need while at Kieve. Please bring the doses in the original bottle/container. This form and the medicine should be brought to the school by Friday, September 14.
Friday Pick-Up/Parent Participation We use this tto get a count of how many of our students will participate and to what extent.
